How to configure Accounts receivable module

In the  module, you can easily and carefully track all sales and incoming payments from customers.
You can set up customer groups, customers, posting profiles, various payment options, interest notes, collection letters, commissions, parameters concerning customers and sales orders, prices and discounts, charges, supplementary items, deliveries and destinations, bills of exchange, and so on.
Depending on your setup, you can then perform many tasks that are related to customers and sales. Among other things, you can create and manage sales orders, sales quotations, and free text invoices, settle customer invoices, and make inquiries and reports about all data that is accessible in the  module.

Prerequisites

Set up the following modules:
  • Bank accounts created in the  module - used in methods of payment.

The main setup forms of the Accounts receivable module

  1. Define the terms of payment that you assign to sales orders and customers, and that determine invoice due dates in the  form.
